The water has boiled-you need to fill the brew with ordinary water, so that it is completely wet (to the hole in the spout). Put both teapots on the fire: in the lower water boils, in the upper-tea is brewed, heated by steam. The lid must be closed.

When the water below boils, the fire is reduced to a weak one. In this mode, boil for at least 15 minutes.

How do I know if a drink is ready? Open the lid: if the tea leaves have fallen down – the tea can be poured into cups. If they lie on the surface, cook until ready.
