Bai Mu Dan (白牡丹, "White Peony") is a classic white tea from Fujian Province, made from a bud and two young leaves. Its delicate floral-fruity aroma and mild, sweet taste make it ideal for leisurely tea drinking.

How to brew Bai Mu Dan:
Chinese method (gongfu cha):

European method:
