Using promo codes

A promo code is a special code consisting of letters and numbers that entitles you to a discount when placing an order.

How to apply a promo code?

Add the product to the cart.

On the page «Cart» or «Checkout» enter the code in the «Have a promo code or certificate?» field. Click the arrow or the «Enter» key.

What to do if the promo code does not work?

Make sure that the entered promo code is written correctly and meets the conditions:

• the product in the order belongs to the category for which the promo code is valid.
• the promo code validity period has not expired.
• certain conditions for the promo code are met - for example, products in the cart for an amount of more than 15,000 UAH
• there are no promotional products in the cart - some promo codes will not be activated if there are already promotional products in the cart
