- 4–5 g per 100 ml in a gaiwan or teapot
- Rinse with a quick rinse
- Brew at 90–95°C for 10–20 seconds

Запах... Вот где вы удивитесь! Забудьте за всякие ароматизированные чаи или смеси с фруктами. Запах его прекрасен! А вкус!.. Да не потянется рука ваша за сахаром для него! Если бы существовала чайная инквизиция, она бы обязательно приходила за такими "чаевниками" ))) Никакого сахара, лимона, молока. Только вы и чай Ли Чжи.
Правда, это первый такой чай, который действительно меня удивил и запахом, и вкусом.
На втором месте - улун с женьшенем.
Оба чая при правильной заварке одарят вас своим нежным, но в то же время потрясающим вкусом. Но ПРИ ПРАВИЛЬНОЙ ЗАВАРКЕ!
