Rooibos Ice Age

Rooibos Ice Age is a bright, cool and surprisingly fresh drink based on South African rooibos. Thanks to the combination of mint, lemongrass, safflower, orange petals and natural lime extract, the tea gives the effect of real "ice" on the tongue - it refreshes, tones, awakens.

The infusion has a light amber color. The aroma is lime-herbal, with menthol notes. The taste is soft, refreshing, with a pleasant citrus sourness and a cold aftertaste, reminiscent of an ice lolly.

What makes tea “iced”?

Mint and lime are a classic combination for tonic drinks, and the natural flavor of lime enhances the “icy” effect in the mouth. Rooibos as a soft, honey base smoothes out the sharpness and makes the taste balanced. Perfect both hot and in the form of a chilled summer iced tea.

How to brew

1. 1–2 tsp. tea per 250 ml of water
2. Water temperature — 95–100°C
3. Infuse for 5–7 minutes
4. For a summer version, chill and add ice.
