How to brew Shen Puer 100 g:

Gongfu method:

1. 5–6 g per 100 ml of gaiwan
2. Rinse with the first flush (2–3 seconds)
3. Brew at 90–95°C in short bursts (10–15 seconds)
4. Up to 10–12 brews

European method:

1. 1 hour l. for 300–350 ml of water
2. Temperature — 90–95°C
3. Infuse for 3–5 minutes
4. Can be re-brewed 2–3 times
