Gongfu method:

1. 5–6 g of mixture per 100 ml
2. Rinse with hot water for 2–3 seconds
3. Brew at a temperature of 95–100°C, steep for 10–20 seconds.

European method:

1. 1 tsp per 300–350 ml
2. Pour boiling water over, let stand for 3–5 minutes.
3. Can be re-brewed 1–2 times
