Shen Pu'er 250 grams

Shen Pu'er "生生古树茶砖" is a green (unfermented) pu'er in the form of a tightly pressed brick weighing 250 grams, made from the leaves of wild old trees (生生古树) collected in the mountainous areas of Yunnan. This tea is considered energetically powerful, with a bright character, dynamic taste and great aging potential.

The name: "生活古树茶砖" translates as "old wild tree tea brick". This means that the raw material comes from centuries-old, uncultivated trees that grow in natural conditions without human intervention. Their roots penetrate deep into the mineral soil, and this is felt in every sip.

The infusion is transparent, golden-amber. The taste is powerful, mineral-herbal, with wild notes of bark, stone, fresh wood. The aftertaste is long, with a gradual honey sweetness. The aroma is mountain, dense, with echoes of wild flora.

How to brew a brick from wild trees:

Gongfu method:

1. 5–6 g of tea per 100 ml
2. Rinse with the first flush (2–3 seconds)
3. Water temperature — 90–95°C
4. Short pours of 10–15 seconds, up to 10–12 brews

European way:

1. 1 hour l. for 300–350 ml of water
2. Infuse for 3–5 minutes at 90–95°C
3. Re-brew 2–3 times
