How to brew:

European way:

1. 1 hour l. for 300–350 ml of water
2. Water temperature — 90–95°C
3. Infuse for 3–4 minutes
4. Can be re-brewed 2 times

Gongfu method:

1. 4–5 g per 100 ml of gaiwan
2. Rinse with a quick rinse
3. Brew at 90–95°C for 10–15 seconds
4. Up to 6–8 streams
