Gongfu Cha Method:

1. 5–6 g per 100 ml of gaiwan
2. Rinse with hot water (2–3 seconds)
3. Brew at a temperature of 95–100°C
4. Short pours of 10–20 seconds, up to 10–12 brews

1. 1 hour l. on 350 ml of water
2. Infuse for 3–5 minutes at a temperature of 95–100°C.
3. Brew 2–3 times
