If you are a true connoisseur of natural Chinese teas, you probably know that no matter how you brew the white tea from the shop «Miy Chay», which is offered at a minimal price, the taste will always be excellent and uplifting. However, if you want to fully enjoy the flavor palette of this drink and preserve the beneficial properties of this wonderful tea, we recommend regularly following a few simple rules, which we will discuss now.
Our white tea shop advises brewing it in special porcelain or glassware. Before brewing, the vessel should be warmed with boiling water and allowed to dry completely. Use about 2 teaspoons of white tea leaves per 200 ml of water. Boil the water separately and cool it down to 50-70 degrees Celsius — if the tea leaves are brewed with hotter water, the white tea will lose its beneficial properties. Pour the water over the tea leaves and let it steep for 2-3 minutes to brew one of the most delicious teas in the world. This way, you can brew the same portion of leaves up to 4 times.
The brewed white tea has a yellowish tint. The aroma is subtle, and the aftertaste is quite long-lasting — the pleasant flavor will stay with you for a long time.
If you enjoy drinking white tea, it’s important to know how to store these wonderful leaves properly. Usually, ceramic containers with lids that provide complete airtightness are used for storage. White tea should be stored only in new containers, as the leaves quickly absorb foreign unpleasant odors. To avoid unpleasant odors, do not store the tea near spices, otherwise it will fully inherit their aroma. Do not store white tea in paper bags — this deprives the drink of its beneficial properties even before brewing.
