How to brew Spring Festival tea?

European method:

1. Use a glass teapot and pour boiling water over it.
2. Pour 1000-1500 ml of water at a temperature of 95°C.
3. Lower the bud, wait 4-5 minutes for the flower to open.

Chinese method (gongfu cha):

1. Take a gaiwan or small teapot, 1 ball per 150 ml.
