How to brew Shen Pu'er from wild trees:

Gongfu method:

1. 5–6 g per 100 ml of gaiwan
2. Rinse with the first flush (2–3 seconds)
3. Brew at 90–95°C
4. Short bursts of 10–15 seconds, up to 10–12 times

European way:

1. 1 tsp per 300–350 ml
2. Infuse for 3–4 minutes at 90–95°C
3. Re-brew 2–3 times
