European method:

1. 1 scoop per 400–500 ml of water
2. Temperature — 95–100°C
3. Infuse for 2–3 minutes
4. Can be brewed 2–3 times

Chinese method (gongfu cha):

1. A scoop (10 g) for 150 ml of gaiwana
2. Rinse with boiling water (2–3 seconds)
3. Brew in short bursts of 10–20 seconds.
4. Up to 8–10 spills
