How to brew Mini To Cha (Sheng):

Gongfu method:

1. 1 mini scoop (6g) for gaiwan or small teapot
2. Water temperature — 90–95°C
3. Rinse with the first flush for 2–3 seconds
4. Short brews 10–15 sec, up to 6–8 pours

European method:

1. 1 mini scoop (6 g) per 300–400 ml of water
2. Pour water at a temperature of 90–95°C
3. Infuse for 3–4 minutes
