How to brew Shen Pu-erh "Great Snow Mountain":

Chinese method (gongfu cha):

1. Take 5 g per 100–120 ml of gaiwan or teapot.
2. Water temperature is 85–90°C.
3. Rinse with the first flush (3 seconds), do not drink.
4. Brew in short bursts of 5–20 seconds. You can brew up to 10 times.

European method:

1. Take 4–5 g per 250 ml of water.
2. Temperature - 85–90°C.
3. Brew for 2–3 minutes.
4. Makes 2–3 full brews.
