How to brew briquetted Shu Pu'er:

Gongfu method:

1. Break off 5–6 g from the briquette
2. Rinse with hot water (2–3 seconds)
3. Brew at a temperature of 95–100°C, in short bursts of 10–20 seconds.
4. Up to 10–12 brews

European method:

1. 1 tsp per 350 ml
2. Infuse for 3–5 min at 95°C
3. Re-brew 2–3 times
