How to brew Shu Pu'er with mint:

Gongfu method:

1. 5–6 g of mixture per 100–120 ml
2. Rinse with the first flush — 2–3 seconds
3. Brew at a temperature of 95–100°C, in 10–20 second bursts.
4. Up to 8–10 brews

European method:

1. 1 tsp per 300–350 ml
2. Infuse for 3–5 minutes
3. Re-brew 2–3 times
