How to brew pu-erh tea?

Gongfu Cha:

1. Break off 5–6 g of tea from the tile
2. Rinse with hot water (2–3 seconds)
3. Brew at 95–100°C, in 10–20 second bursts
4. Up to 8–10 brews

European method:

1. 1 tsp per 350 ml
2. Pour boiling water over, let stand for 3–5 minutes.
3. Re-brew up to 2–3 times
