The associated chrysanthemum tea is grown in Yun Nan province, the tea leaves are rolled into a bud that opens when brewed. The infusion of this tea is light golden with a delicate aroma and mild sweetish taste.

Then drying begins again: the balls are placed in a cloth and sent to the oven at 90 degrees.
