1. European method: 1 tsp. of tea leaves per 350 ml + 1 additional spoon per teapot. Water temperature — 85–90°C, steeping time — 2–3 minutes for a delicate taste; more than 5 minutes — for a more astringent taste.
2. Gongfu-cha: 5 g per 100 ml, water temperature - 85–90°C. First rinse - 5 seconds, then short rinses (15–30 seconds), up to 5–7 rinses.
