Oolong Nai Xiang Jin Xuan (Milk Oolong)
Oolong (Nai Xiang Jin Xuan, Milk Oolong) — an organic Fujian oolong with a natural creamy profile that promotes balance and lightness, supports fat metabolism, and may assist in weight management.
Milk Oolong is a semi-fermented tea with a soft creamy profile and a clean, slightly sweet aftertaste. During one of the production stages, our oolong is treated with a natural milk extract that delicately enhances the tea’s natural creamy notes. Rich in polyphenols and catechins, oolong may support a more active metabolism, gentle toning, and weight control when combined with balanced nutrition and physical activity.
If you’re looking for an oolong tea for fat metabolism and everyday lightness — this is a smooth, balanced option without bitterness.
The Legend of the “Milky” Flavor: Myths and Reality
There are stories claiming that tea bushes are watered with milk or dusted with sugarcane powder. That sounds romantic, but it’s just a beautiful myth. No milk is added to Milk Oolong — the creamy taste forms naturally from the leaf cultivar and its processing.

Historically, the “milky” profile is associated with the Jin Xuan cultivar (TRES #12) — an experimental Taiwanese hybrid from the 1980s, famous for its naturally creamy undertones. Original batches “like in the legends” are now rare, so we clearly state: our tea is an organic Fujian-grown oolong, gently flavored with natural milk extract to reproduce the recognizable smooth taste without artificial sharpness.
