How to brew Jin Hao Dian Hong tea?

Western method:

1. Rinse the teapot with boiling water.
2. Pour 300–400 ml of water at 90–95°C.
3. Use 1–2 tsp of tea, steep for 2–3 minutes.
4. Can be re-steeped 2–3 times.

Gongfu method:

1. Use a gaiwan or small teapot, 4–5 g per 100 ml.
2. Rinse quickly with hot water (2–3 seconds).
3. Steep with 90–95°C water for 10–20 seconds per infusion.
