Xin Yang Mao Jiang Green Tea (Fuzzy Blades from Xinyang) is an imperial variety of Chinese tea. Refers to those species that were used by members of the imperial families and noble persons.

Tea gardens are located in mountain valleys at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. Constant large clouds and fog are ideal conditions for growing quality tea. It is processed on the day of harvest so that the tea does not lose its original freshness. Initially, it is dried and fried in special boilers, then dried.
As a result, the tea leaf takes the form of curved bright green blades or small fluffy needles, the ends of which are covered with a barely noticeable light fluff.
The color of the infusion is light green with a yellow-almond tint. Transparent and clean, reminiscent of early spring greens.
