European method:

1. Pour boiling water over the glass teapot.

3. Drop one tea ball, wait 3–4 minutes.
4. Can be brewed 2–3 times.

Chinese method (gongfu cha):

1. Take a gaiwan or small teapot, 1 ball per 150 ml.
2. Rinse with hot water (quick flush for 2–3 seconds).
3. Brew at 90–95°C in short bursts (10–20 seconds).
