How to brew Shaw Mei 357 g:

Chinese method (gongfu cha):

1. Break off 5–6 g of tea per 100–120 ml of gaiwan or teapot.
2. Pour water at a temperature of 80–85°C.
3. The first pour is 5 seconds (to awaken the tea).
4. Then pour for 10–25 seconds. You can brew up to 7–8 times.

European method:

1. Break off 4–5 g per 250 ml of water.
2. Temperature — 82–85°C.
3. Infuse for 3–4 minutes. You can brew 2–3 times.
