How to brew Bai Hao Yin Zhen with jasmine:

European method:

1. 1 scoop (10 g) per 500-600 ml teapot
2. Water temperature — 80–82°C
3. Infuse for 3–4 minutes. Repeat 2–3 times.

Chinese method (gongfu cha):

1. Divide the gang into 2 parts
2. Brew in a gaiwan, 5 g per 100–120 ml.
3. First flush — 5 seconds, then — 10–25 seconds
