How to brew Shaw Mei in a briquette:

European way:

1. Break off 4–5 g of tea per 250 ml of water
2. Temperature — 82–85°C
3. Infuse for 3–4 minutes. Repeat 2–3 times.

Chinese method (gongfu cha):

1. Break off 5 g per 100–120 ml
2. First flush — 5 seconds for flushing
3. Then pour for 10–25 seconds. Up to 7 brews
