Shen Puerh E-Sheng is a wild green puerh made from raw materials collected from wild tea trees (重生茶樹) in the mountainous areas of Yunnan Province. This puerh is characterized by a pronounced mineral and herbaceous profile, natural freshness and a complex, multi-layered aftertaste.
The name "E-Sheng" can be interpreted as "life's wildness" or "natural life", which fully corresponds to the nature of this tea. It is not industrially cultivated, but grows in a natural environment, often at altitudes of over 1500 meters, among fog, wild plants and rocky soils.
The infusion is light golden, transparent. The taste is bittersweet, wild, deep, with notes of green grapes, wild grass, bark and mountain air. The aroma is bright, lively, with notes of wild forest. The aftertaste is long, with a characteristic tartness and gradual honey sweetness.
