Shu Puer Bing Cha "Yun Nan Meng Hai Qi Zi Bing Cha" - pancake 357 g from old trees
Shu Puer Bing Cha "Yun Nan Meng Hai Qi Zi Bing Cha" is a classic 357g pancake made in Kunmin from raw materials from old tea trees in the Menghai region, harvested in 2017. It is a true representative of the traditional Chinese art of Shu Puer, combining aging, balance and a powerful energetic effect.
The infusion is clean, dark cognac, with a thick texture. The taste is deep, earthy, with notes of wood, baked fruits and dark chocolate. The aftertaste is long, warm, soft. Thanks to the raw materials from old trees, the tea has a more noble structure, a pronounced effect of "bodily presence" and a soft strength that is revealed with each spill.
