How to brew Shu Pu'er with lotus:

Gongfu method:

1. 5–6 g of mixture per 100 ml
2. Rinse with hot water for 2–3 seconds
3. Brew at a temperature of 95–100°C, in 10–15 second bursts.
4. Up to 8–10 spills

European method:

1. 1 hour l. for 300–350 ml of water
2. Infuse for 3–5 minutes
3. Re-brew up to 2–3 times
