How to brew a mini-tocha?

Gongfu method:

1. 1 tablet (6 g) per 100–120 ml
2. Rinse with boiling water for 3–5 seconds
3. Brew with water at 95–100°C for 10–20 seconds
4. Up to 8–10 spills

European method:

1. 1 mini-taster for 300–400 ml
2. Pour boiling water over, let stand for 3–5 minutes.
3. Can be re-brewed 2–3 times
