How to brew Shu Pu'er?

Gongfu Cha:

1. 5–6 g per 100–120 ml clay teapot
2. Rinse with hot water (3 sec)
3. Brew at 95–100°C, 10–15 seconds
4. Up to 8–10 brews

2. Pour boiling water over, let stand for 3–5 minutes.
