Shu Puerh Nai Xiang Puerh (Milk Puerh)

How to brew Milk Pu'er:

Gongfu method:

1. 5–6 g of tea per 100–120 ml
2. Rinse with the first flush (2–3 seconds)
3. Brew at 95–100°C in short bursts (10–15 seconds)
4. Up to 8–10 spills

European way:

1. 1 hour l. for 300–350 ml of water
2. Infuse for 3–5 min at 95°C
3. Can be re-brewed 2–3 times
