How to brew Yue Guang Bai Kunming:

Chinese method (gongfu cha):

1. Take 5–6 g of tea per 100–120 ml.
2. Fill with water at a temperature of 80–85°C.
3. The first spill is short, for rinsing.
4. Then pour for 10–25 seconds. Up to 8 brews.

European method:

1. 4–5 g per 250 ml of water.
2. Pour water at a temperature of 82–85°C.
3. Infuse for 3–4 minutes. Repeat up to 2–3 times.
