Chinese tea: some interesting facts

Real Chinese tea (Ukraine) famous and revered by users all over the world-this tea is constantly in demand and popular at all times. But we suggest you to be even more surprised by this wonderful drink, having got acquainted with the reliable facts that are inextricably linked with Chinese tea.

To begin with, perhaps, the fact that all over the world mistakenly believe that the Chinese constantly drink tea. In fact, the tea ceremony in China is held no more than 3 times a day – as, in principle, and most of the inhabitants of the planet Earth of other nationalities.

The most expensive Chinese tea in the world is a variety grown directly in the mountainous province of Fujian: the environmental conditions here are excellent – the air is clean, fresh and quite humid all year round. That's why the tea leaf here is already unique from the very beginning. The most elite varieties are those collected from five tea trees. The peculiarity of these trees is their age: each tree has at least 5 centuries of history. Of course, the collection of this tea is very difficult, because, mostly, the trees are located on steep mountain cliffs or slopes.

The earliest tea is collected in China in April each year. From one Bush, it is customary to pluck no more than 2-3 young leaves. The Chinese believe that in spring it is better to drink flower teas, in autumn – Oolong, in summer – green, and in winter – black.

And yet, according to Chinese belief, Chinese tea is one of the tools of future wealth! It turns out that people in China firmly believe that the more tea you drink, the greater your chances of getting rich in life.
