Then it is unloaded into special "rollers", where it passes the stage of crumpling: the machines crumple the raw material, make the maximum number of breaks, but do not tear the sheet. At this time, the juice is actively released and goes through oxidation. After tea is dried in special cabinets for several receptions and at different temperatures. This is the end of the production process.
Oolongs are divided into two types: light and dark.
Light Oolong - large tea leaves with a spherical twist (shape-strongly crumpled green kernels). These varieties have a surprisingly spring aroma with floral notes. The taste is tender! Infusions are transparent, with Golden tints, sometimes going into yellowness.
