China is considered the most popular tea producer. Almost all species known to mankind are grown and processed there. Yellow tea is produced exclusively in the Chinese province of Fujian. Also called imperial, it has a delicate aroma and delicate color when brewed. The taste is velvety with an interesting aftertaste.
