Method 1 - completely:

1. Place the whole tangerine in a 500–600 ml teapot.
2. Fill with water at a temperature of 82–85°C.
3. Infuse for 3–5 minutes. Repeat brewing up to 3 times.

Method 2 - in parts:

1. Break off some of the tea along with a piece of peel.
2. Brew like regular white tea: 3–4 g per 250 ml.
3. Water temperature — 82–85°C. Brew for 3 minutes.
