Pour water to the top of the lower part of the dishes, put on the fire. In the upper pour 2 tablespoons of dry raw materials (you can use a slide). When the water boils at the bottom, the heated brew begins to show flavor.
The water has boiled – you need to fill the brew with ordinary water, so that it is completely wet (to the hole in the spout). Put both teapots on the fire: in the lower water boils, in the upper-tea is brewed, heated by steam. The lid must be closed.
When the water below boils, the fire is reduced to a low level. In this mode, boil for at least 15 minutes.
How do I know if a drink is ready? Open the lid slightly: if the tea leaves have fallen down – the tea can be poured into cups. If they lie on the surface, cook until ready.
Properly brewed Turkish tea-strong, fragrant, bitter, with a beautiful transparent infusion of rich red-brown color. In Turkey, black tea is always drunk with sugar, but without adding any ingredients (milk, honey, lemon…)
