Chinese method (gongfu cha):
- Take a gaiwan or small teapot, 4–5 g per 100 ml.
- Rinse with hot water (quick flush for 2–3 seconds).
- Brew at 90–95°C in short bursts (10–20 seconds).
- Enjoy 4–6 spills.
