How to brew Mini To Cha:

Gongfu method:

1. 1 tablet per 100–120 ml of gaiwan or teapot
2. Rinse with hot water (2–3 seconds)
3. Brew at a temperature of 95–100°C
4. Short pours — 10–20 seconds, up to 8–10 brews

European method:

1. 1 tablet per 300–400 ml
2. Infuse for 3–5 min at 95°C
3. Can be re-brewed 2–3 times
