How to brew Shu Pu'er "Cream"?

Eastern method (gongfu cha):

1. 5–6 g per 100 ml
2. Rinse with the first flush (2–3 seconds)
3. Brew at 95–100°C, in short bursts of 10–15 seconds.
4. Up to 8 brews

European method:

1. 1 tsp per 300–400 ml
2. Temperature — 95–100°C
3. Infuse for 3–5 minutes
4. Re-brew 2–3 times
