How to brew Jin Hao Dian Hong tea?
Western method:
- Rinse the teapot with boiling water.
- Pour 300–400 ml of water at 90–95°C.
- Use 1–2 tsp of tea, steep for 2–3 minutes.
- Can be re-steeped 2–3 times.
Gongfu method:
- Use a gaiwan or small teapot, 4–5 g per 100 ml.
- Rinse quickly with hot water (2–3 seconds).
- Steep with 90–95°C water for 10–20 seconds per infusion.
- Enjoy up to 4–6 infusions.
