Mate Green

Green Mate is a traditional drink from Paraguay, Argentina, and Brazil. It is made from dried leaves of the Paraguayan holly. Mate is considered a drink of longevity - it gives a natural tone, improves concentration, supports metabolism, and helps to stay focused without a sharp increase in blood pressure, as is the case with coffee.

The taste is rich, herbaceous, slightly tart. The aroma is green, smoky, natural. The infusion is amber-green, transparent.

How to brew

1. 1–2 hours l. for 250 ml of water
2. Water temperature — 70–80°C
3. Infuse for 3–5 minutes
4. Can be brewed up to 3 times
