How to brew Bi Lo Chun green tea:

- Take 3–4 g of tea per 250 ml of water.
- Water temperature is 80–85°C.
- Steep for 2–3 minutes until the leaves gradually open.

Method for a glass (direct brewing):
- Place the tea directly into a clear glass.
- Pour hot water over, let steep for 2–3 minutes.
- Drink straight from the glass, topping up with water several times.
