How to brew 2009 Shen Pu'er:
Gongfu method:
- 5–6 g per 100 ml
- Temperature — 95–100°C

- 1 hour l. for 300–350 ml of water
- Infuse for 3–4 minutes at 90–95°C
- Can be re-brewed 2–3 times
