Shen Pu'er 250 grams

Shen Pu'er "大树青砖" is a green pu'er made from old tall trees (大树) that grow in the mountainous regions of Yunnan Province. The name literally means "Big Tree Brick", indicating a mature, deep raw material with high aging potential.

The pressed form is a 250g brick (青砖), which is conveniently stored, gradually revealing its potential over the years. This tea is ideal for both daily spills and for collecting and long-term storage.

The infusion is light amber, transparent. The taste is dense, mineral, with notes of bark, fresh wood, wild grass, young resin. The aroma is lively, mountain, with smoke and light floral notes. The aftertaste is long, enveloping, with a sweetish undertone.

How to brew:

Gongfu method:

1. 5–6 g per 100 ml
2. Rinse with the first flush (2–3 seconds)
3. Temperature — 90–95°C
4. Brew in 10–15 second bursts, up to 10 brews

European method:

1. 1 tsp per 300–350 ml
2. Infuse for 3–4 minutes at a temperature of 90–95°C.
3. Can be re-brewed 2–3 times
