How to brew:

Gongfu method:

1. 5–6 g per 100 ml
2. Rinse with hot water (2 sec)
3. Temperature — 90–95°C
4. Brew in batches of 10–15 seconds.

2. Infuse for 3–4 minutes at 90–95°C
