Shen Pu’er “班章有机生生沱茶” is a green Pu’er from the mountainous region of Bulanshan, Banzhang (Menghai, Yunnan), made from organic raw materials collected from old and semi-wild trees. The name literally means “Organic Ecological Pu’er in the shape of a tochi from Banzhang.”

How to brew this pu-erh:
Gongfu method:
- 5–6 g per 100 ml of water
- Rinse with hot water (2–3 seconds)
- Brew at 90–95°C in short bursts of 10–15 seconds.

- 1 hour l. for 300–350 ml of water
- Temperature — 90–95°C
